Upon contacting us, we will communicate about you how you want your site to look and operate. If within 150 miles of Roanoke, Va, a meeting place can be setup if desired to discuss options. Else email and telephone will be used to communicate. Several concepts will be drawn up for critique and revision.

After the initial design is completed, we will meet with you to show you how to use your new site.  Follow-up support will be available via email or telephone.
